The melt-blown nonwoven fabric and its manufacturing method null which are superior in needle punching

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a melt-blown nonwoven fabric having excellent needle- punching processability without using post-treatment such as application of lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-forming polymer (e.g. polyamide) is compounded with 0.1-3.0wt.% of a diester-type surfactant (Emalox SA-2) derived from a =12C long-chain higher fatty acid and a polyhydric alcohol and the obtained mixture is subjected to melt-blowing to obtain the objective nonwoven fabric.
