PURPOSE: To shorten the term of work by holding an external wall material at a fixed place from a fixture support mechanism with a height-adjustable pipe support in an uprightly disposable manner onto the support surface of an underfloor section and an L-shaped sectional fixture. ;CONSTITUTION: When a semi-PC board 1 forming the handrail-section external wall B1 of a veranda is installed to a floor N+1 just above a floor N as a reference, a fixture support mechanism 3 is arranged onto the upper end face of the semi-PC board 1 of a floor section NF. The pipe support 30 of the fixture support mechanism 3 is set up onto the upper end face of the semi-PC board 1, the lower end of another pipe support 30 is installed onto the floor section NF, and an inclined support material 33 is connected to a connecting material 33. A fixture 2 consisting of a horizontal support section 21 and a vertical holding section 22 is placed and combined on the pipe support 30, and the semi-PC board 1 for the floor N+1 just above the floor N is put on and held to the fixture 2.
