PURPOSE:To make injection of drug in a fixed quantity possible by providing an inflow tube having a float valve at its main body-side outlet, and a valve chamber having a check valve at its outflow port, and air inlet slits for a cover. CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 of a drug injection device is communicated with a valve chamber 2 through an inflow tube 4 and an outflow port 5. A float valve 6 and a check valve 7 are provided respectively to the main body- side outlet of the inflow tube 4 and to the outflow port 5, and inflow and outflow of water to and from the main body 1 is divided thereby. The main body 1 is further provided with an upper cover 8 having slits 9 in adjustable opening area for adjusting fugacity speed of the drug, and a guide 10 for the drug or drug container. Thereby water-soluble effective ingredients of the drug by one time flushing of water can be controlled.
