New antitumoral biotenside ester and phosphatide with vitamin D and vitamin E compounds are disclosed, as well as a process for preparing the same and for producing spontaneously dispersible concentrates therefrom, and processes for developing systems of pharmaceutical compositions with such spontaneously dispersible concentrates.
