Inspect the bearing capacity of the foundation pile load test manner and the loading device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the bearing capacity of a foundation pile simply by hanging up a counterweight placed by adjusting the number of laminations so as to be made larger than load for a loading test onto the foundation pile by fixed force by a crane and adjusting load for the loading test. ;SOLUTION: A base counterweight 5A and a load counterweight 5B are molded of cast steel and concrete, and a plurality of hangers 6 are fixed respectively. A connecting recess 7 is bored to the base counterweight 5A, and an opening section at a lower end is formed in a tapered shape in a spacer 8. A position determining projecting section 9 is formed to the base counterweight 5A and a position determining recessed section 10 and the position determining projecting section 9 to the load counterweight 5B respectively. The base counterweight 5A is placed at the upper end of the foundation pile 1, and the number of the load counterweight 5B laminated is adjusted so that total mass with the load counterweight 5B is made larger than the load for a loading test of the foundation pile 1. The base counterweight 5A and the load counterweight 5B are hung up by a crane by fixed force, and the loading test of the foundation pile 1 is conducted. Accordingly, the bearing capacity of the foundation pile can be inspected simply, easily and efficiently at low cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
