PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sash bustle to enable quick and easy tying of a sash necessitating no tying string and capable of easily and beautifully applying various decorations having the form of flowers, butterflies, etc., to the tied part of the sash and to provide a sash tying method capable of remarkably shortening the tying time by using the sash bustle. ;SOLUTION: This sash bustle has a pad 1 at the center. The back-contacting part 11 of the pad 1 is provided with elastic bands 2, 2... in crossed state to form a clamping part of a band-clamping means. The sash is passed through and clamped with the elastic bands 2, 2... of the sash bustle to form the tied part T of the sash having decorations D, D....
