PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily detecting an emergency warning board from a traveling vehicle, to attain quick display and automatic notification, to prevent the generation of collision with a vehicle following, and to enable easily obtaining help from the police, facilities for centralized control or an agency for setting vehicle troubles by expressing warning displays on four faces of a display board. SOLUTION: Fixing boards 5 are fixed on the side of a road at an interval of several tens of meters, a detachable display board 1 is fitted to each fixing board 5 by engaging two poles 6 erected on the board 5 with two holes 3 formed on the board 1, and warning displays are expressed on four faces 2 of the board 1. Sensors are fitted to the poles 6 of the board 5, the detachment of the board A is automatically detected by the sensors, a signal is automatically transmitted to facilities for executing the centralized control or a toll road or the police by a wired or wireless means, and the existing position of the board 5 from which the board 1 is detached is displayed on a map by the centralized control facilities or the police.
