Fabric and its manufacturing method having a hydrophilic-Antistatic there durability

PURPOSE:To obtain a fabric having hydrophilic and antistatic properties excellent in durability by applying a specific fixing agent and hydrophilizing agent at a specific weight ratio to a fabric containing sheath-core type conjugate fiber using specified components as a sheath and core components. CONSTITUTION:A fabric, obtained by applying (A) a fixing agent composed of a compound expressed by formulas I and II (a) and (b) are 0-60; both (a) and (b) are not simultaneously 0) and (B) a polyester ether-based hydrophilizing agent at a weight ratio so as to satisfy =2.6% o.w.f. total amount of the components (A) and (B) and 0.3-1% o.w.f. component (A) at (1/3)-(1/1) ratio of the components (A)/(B) to a fabric containing sheath-core type conjugate fiber using a polyester-based polymer containing 1-7wt.% polyalkylene glycol compound and 0.1-5wt.% sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate (preferred example; sodium dodecylbenzenesufonate) as a core component and a polyester-based polymer of ordinary PET without containing the aforementioned compound as a sheath component and excellent in durable hydrophilic and antistatic properties.
