PURPOSE:To simplify level setting by treating as separate bodies the members which joint structural central pillars and steel frame beams and installing joint members on the structural central pillars built-up closely and vertically. CONSTITUTION:After closely building up structural central pillars 1, a joint ring 2, consisting of a ring main body 4 made of a steel pipe forming a required clearance 3 between itself and one of the pillars 1 and a gusset 5 which has the same sectional shape as a steel beam 9 has and which is integrally formed in all directions outside of the ring main body 4, is fit on the upper part of the one of the structural central pillars 1. The joint ring 2 is placed on a support member 10 after-fixed on the circumference of a joint part between the pillar and the beam of each stage. The gusset 5 and the steel frame beam 9 are rigidly jointed. The joint ring 2 is fixed on the pillar by a filling 12 of the clearance 3.
