PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal resin-coated composite segment for a shield tunnel, which can be manufactured with high accuracy beforehand in a factory and by which secondary treatment to the internal surface of the shield tunnel can be omitted largely, and an execution method thereof. SOLUTION: In the segment made of a metal, frames composed of each joint surface joined in the circumferential direction and axial direction of the tunnel and surfaces curved according to the curvature of the shield tunnel are unified. The segment made of the metal is filled beforehand with concrete 12 so that concrete 12 is projected from the frames of the segment made of the metal in a factory. The surfaces of concrete projected from the frames of the segment made of the metal and filled are coated with curing type resin film layers 13. The inside B of the shield tunnel can be formed easily in a smooth surface by joining the segments and filling the insides of joining recessed sections 19 formed among the adjacent segments made of the metal with caulking materials 14.
