Mooring method of floating body for wave dissipation

PURPOSE:To maintain calmness in a sea area by constructing a floating body having a V-shape in plan, and by making it moored at one point as a wave dissipating floating body with a mooring cable through an intermediate floater. CONSTITUTION:A floating body 1 is constructed of a central floating body 12 and wing-like floating bodies 11 that are extended in a V shape toward both sides of the central body, and is made afloat facing offshore. One end of a mooring cable 13 fixed to the front end of the floating body 12 is attached to a mooring sinker 31 on the bottom of the sea through an intermediate float 32, forming one-point catenary mooring, and the floating body 1 is constantly placed along the progressive direction of waves. Oscillation energy produced by plate bodies 21 installed in a way of being capable of oscillating to the horizontal upper edge on the offshore side of the wing-like floating bodies 11 is led to a generator 22. Electric power generated by the generator drives a propulsion device 23 installed on the inshore side, and thereby the floating body 1 is stabilized, protecting fish preserves 4 for cultivation and floating piers 42 provided on the inshore side. Thereby the safety in a sea area can be maintained.
