PURPOSE:To abate the fatigue of an operator so sharply by installing a judging means for judging whether an engine is stopped or not, and an interrupting means for interrupting a power supply to a controller, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection pump 2 and a governor 3 are parallelly installed in an engine 1. Starting and stopping of the engine 1 are performed according to on-off operation of a switch 9. A relay 12 is set up between electrical equipment around the engine of a controller 10 or the like and a power source 11. The controller 10 is operated by the power source 11, and it drives and controls a motor 5 on the basis of output of a sensor 6 or the like, while it performs energizing or deenergizing control over the relay 12. With only simple operation, off-operation of the switch, engine stopping operation and power-off operation both are automatically and surely performed. Thus, operator's fatigue can be sharply abated.
