PURPOSE:To obtain the simple constitution having the superior durability and reliability by holding a ring in the state free from the contact with a bottom part between screw thread parts of a revolving spiral rod, transporting the ring to the ring receiving edge side by the revolution of the rod and controlling the revolution of the rod by a signal of an arrival detecting sensor. CONSTITUTION:A ring 9 is suspended onto a rod 25 having a spiral screw, and transported to the left edge side by the revolution of the rod 25. At this time the ring 9 is held between the top part surface without dropping into the bottom of the spiral screw. The ring 9 is dropped between the coils 32, keeping the top edge side of the rod 25 as spiral coil 32, and the rings 9 are separated each other. When a detector 36 detects the ring at the left edge of the rod 25, the revolution of the rod 25 is suspended, and a ring mounting device 2 operates to receive the ring 9 into a mandrel 6. With this constitution, the simple constitution having the superior durability and reliability can be obtained.
