PURPOSE:To provide a container for natural planting capable of supplying water in a water storage tank to the whole surface of culture soil and preparing a seamless planting surface in continuous laying and provide a method for continuously laying of the container. CONSTITUTION:This container for natural planting is obtained by forming a funnel-shaped tilted surface part 12 connecting nearly the central part of an inner bottom in a lower layer part to the whole lower part of the upper layer part 4 over the whole surface of the upper layer part 4. Many lightweight water draining materials 13 are charged onto the tilted surface part 12 and culture soil is charged thereon to thereby support the water draining materials 13 and culture soil in a laminated state in the lower layer part and the upper layer part 4 of the container. Thereby, the water draining materials 13 are retained in the shape of an inverted cone corresponding to the shape of the tilted surface part 12. Furthermore, a root protecting sheet incapable of passing roots of natural lawn from passing there through is extended on the inside of an upper frame unit 17 and a lower frame unit.
