PURPOSE:To arrange an antenna without being affected by the size of an object to be measured and to easily detect the corona discharge of the rear of the object to be measured by constituting an antenna holder of divided bodies to connect the divided parts by a hinge. CONSTITUTION:When an antenna holder 1 is arranged to an object to be measured, the holder 1 can be arranged in the state opened by a hinge part 12 and, therefore, the holder receives no restriction due to the interval of a side surface opening part. When the hinge part 12 is closed after the holder 1 is arranged to the object to be measured, the object to be measured can be surrounded up to the rear thereof by the holder 1 and, therefore, the corona discharge on the rear side of the object to be measured can be detected by a fine loop antenna by one measurement.
