PURPOSE:To produce the title mixed yarn having silk-like touch and feeling stably with high productivity by melt-extruding polyester polymer through a specific spinneret, winding up the cooled and solidified filaments and preheating and drawing the filaments. The filaments are preheated at 85 to 120 deg.C and drawn at a rate of 1.1 to 1.2 to give the subject mixed yarn in which the filament denier of the most thick filament group is 3 to 5 denier, while the thinnest group is 0.3 to 1.5 denier, the dry-shrinkage stress of the total yarn is more than 0.25g/d and the temperature at which the maximum shrinkage stress develops is 65 to 80 deg.C.
