PROCESS FOR PREPARING ERGOT ALKALOIDS BY CULTIVATING FUNGUS OF CLAVICEPS STRAIN WITH INDUCED INCREASE OF PRODUCTION CAPABILITY

摘要

A process of preparing ergot alkaloids by cultivation of a Claviceps strain fungus with induced increase of production capabilities. In the process of preparing ergot alkaloids by cultivation of a Claviceps strain fungus the production capability is increased in drug form by known inducers of cytochrome P-450 applied in arbitrary phases of development and various cultivation stages of the development of the fungus. The increased production ability of the fungus can be induced by one-off or sequenced induction of cytochrome P-450 using one or more inducers.
