In the present invention, there is disclosed a revitalizing formulation stimulating formation and growth of plant organs, said formulation containing auxins, functioning as active substances, preferably 4({beta}-indolyl)butyric acid in concentration ranging from 0.0003 g/l to 0.05 g/l and dichlorophenoxy acetic acid in concentration ranging from 0.0003 g/l to 0.05 g/l; cytokinin, preferably 6-benzylaminopurin in concentration ranging from 0.00005 g/l to 0.004 g/l; nutrients in concentration ranging from 0.045 g/l to 2.5 g/l, preferably potassium sulfate, potassium, magnesium, ammonium and calcium nitrates, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium hydrogen phosphate in ratio 1.4 : 1.1 : 1.8 : 6.8 : 1 : 1 : 1.2; other components, preferably glycine in concentration ranging from 0.0003 g/l to 0.027 g/l; trace elements in concentration ranging from 0.003 g/l to 0.5 g/l, preferably boric acid, manganese, zinc and copper sulfates, potassium iodide, cobalt chloride and sodium molybdate in ratio 243 : 730 : 430 : 1 : 335 : 1 : 10; and substances of vitaminic nature in concentration ranging from 0.0003 g/l to 0.027 g/l, preferably nicotinamide and pyridoxine in ratio 1 : 1, whereby the above mentioned components are contained together in an aqueous solution. The invented revitalizing formulation further contains dimethyl sulfoxide in concentration ranging from 0 to 4 g/l.
