LOCAL PREPARATION FOR SUPPLYING SKIN ACTIVE AGENTS INTO SKIN, TREATMENT METHOD, CLEANING AND LIGHTENING OF SKIN AND METHOD OF REDUCING SIZE OF PORES

The invented local preparation contains (a) 0.1 to 20 percent by weight of a cationic surface-active agent, (b) 0.1 to 20 percent by weight of anionic surface-active agent, (c) 0.001 to 20 percent by weight of skin active agent, (d) 40 to 99 percent by weight water and (e) a dispersed surface-active complex in the amount up to 40 percent by weight based on the local preparation total weight and being prepared before or during preparation of the local preparation, whereby the dispersed surface-active complex contains 25 to 100 percent by weight, preferably 100 percent by weight of cationic surface-active agent, and 25 to 100 percent by weight, preferably 100 percent by weight anionic surface-active agent, whereby the resulting density of the cationic charge in combination of both the cationic and anionic surface-active agents in the local preparation is zero. When cleaning skin the invented local preparation is applied to the skin in the amount of 0.5 to 25 mg/cme2, whereupon the local preparation is removed from the skin by washing or wiping. When lightening up the skin and reducing size of pores thereof the local preparation is applied to the skin in the amount of 0.5 to 25 mg/cme2, too.
