摘要

In the present invention, there are disclosed novel N-substituted indole-3-glyoxylamides of the general formula I, process of their preparation and their pharmaceutical use. The said glyoxylamides exhibit antiasthmatic, antiallergic and immunosuppressive/immunomodulating activities.
