The present invention relates to a stabilized pharmaceutical composition based on a mixture of quinupristine and dalfopristine as active components, containing at least a stoichiometric amount of methanesulfonic acid or hydrochloric acid relative to the total amount of quinupristine and dalfopristine and is characterized in that its pH ranges within 3.5 to 5. The invention also relates to a process for preparing the above-described pharmaceutical composition.
