METHOD AND AN ANGLE COMPONENT FOR JOINING ALUMINIUM PROFILE TO DOOR-WINDOW FRAMES AND THE LIKE AND ALUMINIUM PROFILE JOINED IN THE SAME WAY

A method and an angle component is described for invisible internal joining at the absolute correct angle, of aluminium profile in which there is no need for holes, to create sheet doors, windows and the like. The proposed angle component has at the two ends of a right-angled plate, which constitutes its main body, an end connecting lug bent at an angle of 45 degrees with a hole for the passage of a screw and an end bent at 90 degree which acts as a terminal guide for the sliding of the main body of the component in channels defined by parallel grooves on both sides of the level internal surface of the profile which is specially shaped and suitable for working together with the proposed angle connecting components. On assembling two lengths of profile at right angles, the proposed angle components are introduced on either side and slide until they make contact with the end connecting lugs at the tip of the assembled profiles and are tightened there with a suitable screw that passes through the holes of the end connecting lugs.
