The invention relates to the use of an already known pharmaceutical substance, misoprostol) and/or its first metabolite, micropostol acid, the structure of which are illustrated in Appendix I (drawings 1 & 2), for the production of medicines for external use for the therapeutic treatment of problems related with female sexual malfunction.
