The present invention relates to an electrical switching arrangement for the production of pulse voltage surge suppressors, in particular for the operation of dielectrically inhibited discharges. The switching arrangement comprises a charging circuit supplied by an input voltage (UE) with a charging rocker (C2), a discharge and impulse circuit with a ring-controlled switch, in particular an insulated control electrode bipolar transistor (T1, IGBT = Insű) and an impulse transducer (TR1) with the heat-connected load, e.g. ). During the conducting phase of the IGBT, the electrical energy stored in the charge dense condenser (C1) is transferred to the discharge lamp (L), for example, through a load impulse transformer (TR1). The energy reflected from the load and the impulse transducer (TR1) passes through the feedback diode (D3 – D5), feeds into the return pulley (R), and is picked up by the balancing scale condenser (C1). Thus, during the aviasing phase, the secondary coil is potentially applied to the input potential (UE) of the grid spherical.
