The invention relates to the medicine, particularly, to the orthopedics and traumatology and can be used for surgical treatment of the femoral head aseptic necrosis.The method includes the incision from the greater trochanter to the distal on the femur external surface, deperiostisis of the femur in the subtrochanterian region, tunneling of the femur along the neck and head full length till the subchondral layer of the femoral head, the curettage in the necrotic bone zone and introduction in the necrosis focus of an osteomedullary cells culture suspension obtained from the bone marrow of the recipient on the 7th, 14th and 21st day after the surgical intervention.The technical result consists in decompression of the necrosis focus and stimulation of osteogeny process.
