The invention relates to medicine and may be used for the diagnosis and treatment of the critical states, namely, anaesthesia, shock, operation for determination of the right hart state during the therapy with liquid high volumes. Method consists in catheterization of the coupled vein, installation of the manometer zero level in relation to the right orientator parasternal line and measuring the water column height.The technical result consists in the determination of central venous tension true values in relation to the right orientator parasternal line.Claims:1
