Instead of starting to build the superstructure from its base or a side wall in an upwards direction, the superstructure is built from the top side downwards. The construction can be suspended or lowered and optionally fixed into position during the building work. An Independent claim is also included for a construction breaking or dismantling method starting from the bottom.
