An excentral axle is coupled to the object or logo mounting axle and to a stabiliser weight comprising a ring with a ball bearing sitting inside. - A stabilising construction (1) for an object or logo mounted on a rotating support such as a vehicle wheel, especially a hub cap, comprises a casing with an essential circular internal shape, a freely rotating mounting axle (5) for the object or logo, and a stabiliser weight (9) coupled to the mounting axle. An excentral axle (8) is coupled to the mounting axle and stabiliser weight, which comprises a part with an essentially round periphery, preferably an open nickel ring, and a ball bearing sitting inside. Independent claims are also included for (a) the casing and (b) the mounting axle parts.
