The trackplate (102) is attached to a concrete base (12) by pinned coupling clamps (20). The outer sides of the running rails (104) are supported by side spine blocks (112). The side spines are linked by the base plate (110) In between the rails are positioning blocks (120, 130). The positioning blocks are held clear of the base plate (110) by spacers (137). Expansion relief holes (143) are bored through the baseplate. The whole assembly is secured with adhesive.
