1. The system for controlling and modulating the impulse of tube grid with a progressive wave produced by a charged grid consists of a low-potential part, a high-potential part and optic fibre transmission system. The impulse is generated and initially formed in the low-potential part. In the high-potential part, the impulse is finally formed. The optic fibre transmission system separates the low-potential part from the high-potential part. Unique characteristics: The input of the optic fibre transmission system (2) is connected to the low-potential impulse generation and formation system (1). The output is connected to the high-potential controlling amplifier (3). The output of the controlling amplifier (3) is connected to the input of two fast switching transistors (K1, K2), configured to operate in a half-bridge configuration. The output of the half-bridge (4) is connected to the grid (S) of the lamp. The cathode (K) of the lamp is connected - through a resistance divider, consisting of resistors (R1 and R2) - with the feeder (5) of the modulator and the fast switching transistors (K1, K2).
