The invention relates to a prefabricated element intended to carry out constructions such as: houses, buildings, agricultural-industrial buildings, roads, fences; as well as to a casing used for the execution of the element and to an execution procedure of building structures using the prefabricated element. According to the invention, the prefabricated element (A) is made of a reinforced plate, with profiled cavities on one side, with trapeze shaped ribs (b and c), and with border edges (d, e, f and g). These borders are fitted out with channels (h, i, k and l). On the lateral sides, the borders (d and g) are equipped with one rib (m and n) having trapeze shaped section. The prefabricated element is provided with transversal holes (r), which continue with cavities (s) on the opposite side of the profiled side. In the central area of the bottom plate, the casing used for executing the prefabricated element is equipped with profiled elements, and on the lateral edges it is fitted out with ribs and channels used for executing the profiles of the element. The execution procedure of building structures consists in building multi-layer walls, to which the prefabricated elements (A) are joined by their shape, leaving holes between them in order to assure thermal and sound-proof qualities and to reduce their weight without damaging their mechanical resistance. By using the prefabricated element (A) in constructions, there can be executed building structures able to take over and to attenuate high seismic forces, without being destroyed.
