According to the invention, the game includes a board (1) with a hexagonal course (b) printed on it, which is divided into squares (a) corresponding to the land plots and properties, and which inscribes a square course divided into squares (f) that would intersect by extending two of the opposite corners by one square each, and circumscribes another hexagonal course (d) which displays on its sides a number of little circles tangent to some squares (e) designed for the "maintenance fee", and in the corners of the game board (1), outside the hexagonal course (b), there are some marked spaces on which some tickets (2,3,4,5) will be placed.
