RADIATOR FOR ROOM HEATING WITH INDEPENDENT HEATING SYSTEMS

Subject of the invention is a radiator, particularly radiator for heating rooms, which consists of radiator elements (1), each of them having an inner space (1.1) for the intake and conducting of liquid heating fluid. According to the invention this is a dual operation radiator, this means that apart from the liquid heating media system it also includes an independent electric heating system. The inner space (1.1) of the radiator element (1) is on the rear side closed off by a rear wall (1.5) and from the front side by a basic wall (1.2). The latter holds indirectly with an appropriate collar (8), which is appropriately attached to it by screws (9), an electric heater in fireclay holder (G) which is in a well-known way connected to the electric switch (P) and thermostat (Th). The inner spaces (1.1) of the radiator elements (1) are connected alternately on the upper or lower side via linking pipes (3), while to the inner space (1.1) of the first radiator element (1) of the series the system intake pipe (2) is connected, while to the last inner space (1.1) of the last radiator element (1) in the series the system outlet pipe (4) is connected. In the top and bottom part of the radiator element (1) there are openings (1.3) to increase the radiation surface and profiled beds (1.4), the latter for the reception of the front accumulation panel (7) which features a profiled upper (7.2) and lower (7.2) side for this purpose. The radiator elements (1) are interconnected via screw connections (5) and a spacer (6) for providing the necessary space (12) in-between them.
