High-capacity preliminary fuel refresher and filter capable of sorting out water and all other foreign materials that may be present at motor vehicle fuels: As shown in (Figure 1), fuel moves from the fuel tank into (item 1) the filter. Then, (item 2) the fuel goes down to the lower part and it is rinsed for a while and necessarily goes up. As shown in (item 3), it enters to and moves from the 1st separator, thereby passing through the five separators; while it passes through the separators, the fuel flow rate is slow because they are wide and appropriately long, as a result of which rinsing of the fuel occurs. If there is water, it will subside. Other foreign materials are retained there. Having passed through the separators, as seen in (Figure 2), the fuel goes through the hole seen in (item 10) to the strainer part made of wool; and after it is finely filtered there, as seen in (item 13), the cleaned fuel moves again to the fuel system through the upper part.
