This invention is related to the biotechnology and agricultural field in order to produce large amount of Nitrogen Bacteria spp within a short fermentation, since this bacteria is a nitrogen source and a solution of micro elements which does not exist in common environments, it provides more improvement of the bacteria which enable dilution of the bio-preparation up to 100 times without loosing the sprouting, growing up and improving harvest power of the tomato, onion, pepper, and other vegetables as well as tobacco. This invention is planned to apply in the agricultural sector, except sugar cane production, and for the production of the industrial bio-preparation.
