An aluminium extruding machine has a machine base, with an upright front block (2) and an upright rear block (4) raised from the base at two opposite ends. Four guide rods (5) are connected symmetrically between the upright front and rear blocks, and a die holder (3) is secured to the inner side of the upright front block. A molten Al carrying barrel (7) is moved along the guide rods relative to the die holder, and a push member (13) is moved along the guide rods relative to the barrel. The push member has a tubular plunger (16) forced through the barrel into the die holder to extrude molten aluminium out of the die holder. A first reciprocating device moves the barrel along the guide rods, and a second reciprocating device moves the push member along the guide rods. A centre rod (45) is moved into the die holder to define an annular cavity within it, to extrude the molten Al out of the die holder. A third reciprocating device moves the centre rod into the die holder, and a cutter assembly (1) cuts off the extruded aluminium tube from the die holder. The cutter assembly comprises: (a) a cylinder block with a mounting frame at the back side, secured to the upright front block; (b) a longitudinal front opening is provided at the front side; (c) two longitudinal rails bilaterally disposed in the longitudinal front opening; (d) a circular top opening; (e) a sliding block which moves along the longitudinal rails of the cylindrical block; (f) a cylinder having a piston rod inserted through the circular top opening, and connected to the sliding block at the top; and (g) a cutter fixed to the sliding block at the bottom.
