The top of the vaccine- or drip feed bottle is sealed with a plastic plug (5). An outer cover (4) is held on the seal by an integral metal ring (3) with a central gap (9) for the needle. A separate grip ring (1) under the sealing ring has an inner lipped profile (2) to grip the sealing plug and prevent is being displaced by the needle. The sealing plug (5) has an upper flange (7) which sits on the edge of the bottle and has an outer profile which is gripped by the lipped ring. The ring is further located inside the main sealing ring (3) for a secure fitting. IMAGE
