The invention relates to a washing agent in powder form which contains at least one enzyme and sodium percarbonate as a bleaching agent in addition to tenside and a builder substance. In this washing agent, the sodium percarbonate is in a form which dissolves in water more slowly than the overall washing agent. The washing agent is characterized by the great stability of the bleaching agent in it and reinforced enzyme action.
