A process and installation are provided in which, during the excavation and descent rotation stage of the rotary disintegrator tool, granular aggregates, such as gravel and/or sand and/or filiform elements are conveyed with compressed air towards the soil via a first tubular conduit and first orifices, and, during the extraction rotation stage of said rotary disintegrator tool, consolidating agents in the dry state are conveyed with compressed air towards the soil via said first tubular conduit and said first orifices.
