THE MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES OF THE INVENTION MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO SEPARATE SUITABLE BASOPHILS FOR THE TEST OF RELEASE OF SPECIFIC CHEMICAL MEDIATORS INTERMEDIATED BY IGE, BECAUSE IT RETAINS ITS REACTIVITY WITH THE NON-PORTABLE, AND AFTER-IMMOBILE, RELEASE OF CHEMICAL MEDIATORS INDUCED BY ALLERGENS OR ANTIBODY ANTIBODIES, AND DO NOT INDUCE NON-SPECIFIC RELEASE OF CHEMICAL MEDIATORS. ALSO, THE METHOD FOR SEPARATING THE BASOPHILS OF THE INVENTION SIMPLIFIES THE SEPARATION OF THE BASOPHILS FROM THE BLOOD, AND THROUGH THE USE OF THIS METHOD, THE TEST FOR RELEASE OF ISTAMINE THAT OTHERWISE REQUIRES COMPLEX PROCEDURES. IN ADDITION, THE GROUP OF CELLS OBTAINED BY THE METHOD TO SEPARATE BASOPHILS FROM THE INVENTION, CAN EASILY BE USED IN THE RELEASE TESTS FOR CHEMICAL MEDIATORS RELEASED FROM THE EXPERT BALLOPHILS SUCH AS THE LEUKOTRIENO AND EL PAU .
