It PRESENTS A method for stabilizing antigenicity of myeloperoxidase which comprises applying a solution of cyclodextrin myeloperoxidase and incubation of myeloperoxidase with the solution of cyclodextrin. IN ACCORDANCE WITH invention it provides a antigenicity of myeloperoxidase prolonged stabilization. It CAN BE USED IN ADDITION A myeloperoxidase reagent that has been stored, even at high temperature for a long period of time by which is obtained an accurate examination. ACCORDINGLY, it MAY BE USED AN AGENT myeloperoxidase efficiently and without any waste.
