The disclosed substance has a composition ofa general chemical formula ofBi2-(Sr2Ca1)1=xt(La2Y1)x-Cu y-Oz,where 0.4~x~1, y=2 and z=9-10.5, wherein said substanceis an insulator or a semiconductor in the dark, and hasa photoconductivity Q(.lambda.,T) in conjugate withsuperconductivity of a superconductor of an adjacentcomponent of the Bi-SrCa-LaY-Cu-O system at a criticaltemperature (T) of less than 105-115 K and less than65-85 K at photoexcitation in an optical wavelengthrange (.lambda.) of 420-670 nm.The present invention relates to a method forproducing the same and a superconductive optoelectronicdevice with the same.The present invention also relates to anelement, a device and an apparatus in superconductiveoptoelectronics.
