METHOD AND MEANS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ORIGINAL MODELS FOR THE JEWELRY AND RELATED ARTS FIELDS AND THEIR REPRODUCTION IN METAL CASTINGS

Producing original models for the jewelry and related arts fields and cast metal duplicates of them, consisting of. Using a flexible metal support and placing upon it's surface a section of a thermoplastic material, then of heating the material to a soft state so that it can be moved around, using simple tools, until an original model is created, then of plunging the unit into a chilling container in order to preserve the created form, then of flexing the support in order to dislodge the model from it. Of using the improved model, in conjunction with a cold process flexible mold producing method to make a mold capable of producing duplicates of the improved model, in an expendable material, that can then be used in conjunction with the 'lost wax process' in the production of duplicated castings of the improved model.
