The present invention relates to a tireinnerliner and pneumatic tires containing the same,which are prepared from a composition comprising,based on 100 parts by weight of total rubber (phr), ablend containing 30 to about 50 phr of a tin-coupledsolution-polymerized rubber having a Tg ranging from30°C to -60°C and 70 to 50 phr of a halobutyl rubber.
