Ketoprofen liposomes

摘要

The prepn. of ketoprofen liposomes comprises adding a mixt. of ketoprofen and phospholipids or nonionic amphiphiles to a soln. of pH 6-8 and then reducing the pH of this soln. to below 6 to cause spontaneous formation of liposomes which are opt. converted to semi-solid and liquid prepns. with conventional auxiliaries.
