The invention concerns a method for separating actinides and lanthanides by membrane transport using a calixarene which consists in introducing in compartment (3) a first aqueous solution containing at least one metal to be separated from the group of actinides and lanthanides, and in compartment (5) a second aqueous acid solution for re-extraction such as a solution with 10-2 mol/L of HNO¿3?. The membrane (6) is a microporous membrane whereof the pores are filled with an organic liquid phase (calixarene and diluent) selected so as to promote the membrane transport of the metal(s) to be separated from compartment (3) into compartment (5).
