Mouse with remote control function of infrared ray includes optical coding control circuit, microprocessor circuit, wire driver circuit of transmitting part, infrared modulating transmitter circuit, infrared receiving demodulating circuit, wire driver circuit of receiving part, interface switch circuit, automatic switch circuit, receiver/transmitter interface circuit, as well as the power circuit which can be shut for optical coding control circuit, microprocessor circuit and infrared transmitter circuit. The invention provides dual purpose mouse with infrared remote function and cable wire control function by interface switch circuit, well except single mouse with infrared remote function.
