The capacity of an existing aerial transmission line is increased without changing the aerial transmission line. A blackened heat-conductive braided heat-dissipating band (1) or blackened surface heat-dissipating spiral rod having a surface heat emissivity of over 0.7 is wound around an existing aerial line (2) or a jumper wire (8) to enhance the heat dissipation effect of the surface of the aerial transmission line (2). By the heat dissipation, the allowable power capacity of the existing aerial line (2) can be increased. The heat-conductive braided heat-dissipating band (1) shares the transmission function and lowers wind noise.
