Low gloss flame-retarded polycarbonate/ABS blends

A thermoplastic blend composition is provided containing a blend of an aromatic polycarbonate, a phosphate flame retardant and a hydroxy functional graft copolymer. The compositions exhibit flame retardancy and low gloss and are useful as molding resins.
