An outer rotor of the cog wheel machine (3) is connected to a gear wheel (5) serving a total gear reduction of the drive mechanism. A multi-stage cog wheel machine has the outer rotor coaxial with the rotary axle (6) of the drive shaft (7) of an inner rotor (8). The outer rotor is connected by a free end side (9) with gearwheel (5) with smallest possible part-circular diameter. The outer rotor has a collar (10) near the shaft as support for the gear wheel. The collar contains a bearing (11,11') for centring the outer rotor and gear wheel on the drive shaft.
